Creative Collaboration
Community Development Works (CDW) is built on the strong foundation of over 35 years of Jackie Sear's experience within the Youth and Community Sector, 20 years of Third Sector leadership and 13 years of Community Development consultation. Her passion for social justice fuels the ethos and her integrity and reputation has established CDW as a trusted service.

Jackie understands that change is not always easy. Since 2012, she has been helping community organisations of all types and sizes to respond to the economic and environmental factors that impact the sector. With years of experience and her commitment to social change mean that she aims to work collaboratively, creatively and consistently with you.​

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF YOUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Jackie will never discuss your personal or business ideas with others, unless you have given your express permission to do so.
Once the project or arrangement is complete she will store your business information for a limited time and provide you with any related documents.

You know your project or organisation inside out and you have the passion to make it happen. Jackie aims to use her experience to complement and increase your reach and effectiveness. She encourages collaboration and promote partnership working through her daily practice and development projects.
