Holistic Strategy
In the five years CDW has been working with NOPA, it has grown from delivering their services in one school to six, increased their staff team, gained over £1 million in grant funding and improved the infrastructure of the organisation.
VENTURE CENTRE
Fundraising
Venture approached CDW for consultation to develop and deliver a grant funding strategy to meet the changing needs of the community and future proof the organisation. CDW has helped to attract over £2 million developing new services and maintaining core provision.
UNRULEY CHEF
Starting Small
CDW is currently supporting the development of Unruley Chef's business plan. Unruley Chef is an emerging catering business with big ideas and CDW is providing a structured approach to reaching the goals.
TRUST FOR DEVELOPING COMMUNITIES
Short Term project
CDW enjoyed the short term service in Brighton, setting up a detached youth work partnership, from developing working processes, training programmes, applying for funding and organising a successful cross-sector conference.
