We have our passion for community development at the heart of everything we do. Having experienced delivering services directly, we understand not only the needs of the organisation but you as a leader in the community. We do not take on projects or clients, if we are not passionate about their purpose.

HOW DO YOU TAILOR YOUR SERVICES TO MEET OUR NEEDS?

Because of our hands-on experienced, knowledge gained through years of work in the community and understanding through lived experience we are able to intuitively design a tailor made service. We are able to develop the service according to your changing needs as you develop and grow.

MY ORGANISATION IS STRUGGLING IN THE CURRENT ECONOMIC CLIMATE. CAN YOU HELP US SURVIVE?

We can make no promises about raising funds as you will know this is a competitive process with no guarantees. However, we do have a track record of creating positive strategies for growth and sustainability, identifying ways to diversify income streams, troubleshooting and managing change.

CDW loves a challenge and setting up a project, organisation or small business is what we are all about.
We come from making something out of nothing and working on a shoestring but we also know our worth.
We have flexible payment plans and will agree all aspects of our work with you before we begin. We work at your pace and within your budget

For us, it means people. Community development means believing in the power of bringing people together to improve outcomes for a specific geographic area or group of people. We have seen the impact of this through our four decades of working on the ground with people who are often written off or forgotten. We are products of that collective force and aim to support others to become the future leaders of the change we need to see.
